Is the Site open to the Public?  No.  Members with access to military installations and have a car, can view this battery, though it is fenced in.  It is located to the northwest of the Naval Brig on San Jacinto St., on the west side of the island.

What is the overall condition of the Site?  Good

What is the condition of the Individual Elements?
Batteries: Casement cemented in
Buildings: Good to Fair, most are in use
Other Elements: Battery Adair no longer exists

What is the protective status of the Site?  Currently in use, maintained for use
